The High Performance Building for the Enterprise Hub is a design proposed by our Integrated Design team to meet the clients brief within a 9,000,000 budget whilst complementing elements on site of high architectural significance, providing environmentally positive passive and mechanical systems, and improving social standards to the island through high level strategic planning.
